1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of freight transport and logistics services by Jaromír Knápek (ID: 87501155) (hereinafter "the Carrier"). By submitting a freight request, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide road freight transport, express delivery, palletised goods transport, ADR transport of hazardous goods, and international freight forwarding services across Europe.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 24 hours from issuance unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional costs (fuel surcharges, tolls, waiting time) are communicated in writing before order confirmation.

4. Liability

Liability for cargo is governed by the CMR Convention (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road). Carrier liability is limited under the CMR Convention (8.33 SDR per kg of gross weight). Additional cargo insurance can be arranged on request.

5. Claims

Claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (visible damage) or 21 days (hidden damage). Claims must reference the CMR number and be accompanied by documentation of the damage.

6. Payment

Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Late payments incur statutory interest per Czech law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Czech law and the CMR Convention. Disputes shall be resolved by courts in the Czech Republic.
