One contact point for all your logistics. FTL, LTL, express, ADR, pallets — across Europe.

Lorry on the road

Road freight and forwarding across Europe

As a freight forwarder we arrange the whole journey of your shipment — from booking and loading through customs paperwork to delivery. Whether you need a single pallet moved or a full trailer, we put together the right truck, route and price, and stay your single point of contact the entire time.

Full loads (FTL) and part loads (LTL)

For larger volumes we offer full truckloads (FTL) with a dedicated vehicle and direct delivery. For smaller consignments, part loads (LTL) share space on a trailer, so you pay only for the metres you use — a cost-effective way to move a few pallets across Europe. We carry standard, oversized and temperature-sensitive cargo.

ADR, express and special transport

We handle ADR transport of dangerous goods with trained drivers and the proper documentation, time-critical express runs with a vehicle on the road within hours, and oversized or project cargo that needs permits and route planning. Every shipment travels with a CMR consignment note.

Coverage and pricing

We operate across Europe, with the heaviest traffic between the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy, the Benelux and France. Pricing is transparent and based on distance, cargo type and timing — no hidden fees. You get a no-obligation freight quote within 30 minutes. Get a price or see how our freight rates work.

Matching the transport type to your shipment

The destination is rarely what decides the service. What matters is how much you are sending, how heavy it is, when it has to arrive and whether the goods need special handling. Working through the four questions below usually points straight to the right option before you even contact us.

The four questions behind every recommendation

  • Volume: number of pallets or packages and their dimensions. For goods that cannot be stacked, floor length counts more than piece count.
  • Weight: dense goods such as steel or tiles reach the payload limit before they fill the floor, so a full truck can make sense even for fewer pallets.
  • Deadline: a fixed unloading date or a warehouse time slot narrows the choice. Groupage follows its own distribution schedule; a direct run follows yours.
  • Nature of the goods: fragile, oversized, dangerous or temperature-sensitive cargo needs the right vehicle and a carrier with the relevant equipment or licence.

Not sure? Send us what you know and we will propose the transport type and explain why. You can compare indicative prices for the options in our freight calculator.

From enquiry to delivery, step by step

  • Enquiry – loading and delivery addresses, dates, pallet type and count, weight, and a UN number or temperature if relevant.
  • Quote – usually within 30 minutes during office hours, with the proposed service and expected transit time.
  • Order – you confirm in writing, we book a vetted contracted carrier and pass on precise instructions.
  • Collection – the carrier arrives in the agreed slot, the driver checks the goods and signs for them on the CMR consignment note.
  • In transit – we monitor timing and tell you about any delay before the consignee does.
  • Delivery – the consignee confirms receipt on the CMR; we send you a copy on request.

Bringing goods and materials into the Czech Republic

A large share of our work runs the other way: inbound to Czechia. If you buy materials from a supplier in Germany, Italy or Poland who does not arrange delivery, or offers it on terms that do not suit you, we arrange collection directly from their site. We agree the loading time with their warehouse, check whether they have a dock or a forklift, and the carrier arrives prepared.

The key detail for imports is the delivery term in your purchase contract. Under EXW or FCA, transport is your responsibility and we organise it. Documents, Incoterms and imports from outside the EU are covered on the international forwarding page. If you source from several suppliers at once, combining their shipments is often worth it – see pallet transport.

Information that prevents delays

Most delays are caused not by the road but by incomplete details. Before ordering, have the shipper confirm the exact warehouse address including gate number, opening hours and any booking requirement, the number and size of pallets and the total weight. For imports, add the order reference under which the warehouse releases the goods. The more precise the brief, the better we size the vehicle and the lower the risk of waiting time.
